Noble Path is a series of women's groups focused on personal growth and development in the face of major mental health or life transition, and are facilitated by Dr. Connie Porter-Richard. Participants progress through the Pathfinder Groups and continue into the Noble Path Group, an on-going women's enrichment program.
Pathfinder I, is a 12-week psychotherapy group that helps women facing major life or mental
health issues learn basic life management skills necessary to make the most of their lives.
Pathfinder II, is a 12-week group that continues to build and practice basic life management skills, as more
is learned about self-esteem, self-confidence and improving balance in one's life.
Noble Path is an on-going women's enrichment program. Although it is helpful to progress through the Pathfinder Groups before joining Noble Path, it is not mandatory. A free consultation may be scheduled to determine the right choice for you.
