Hypnotherapy

Unlike what is commonly believed, hypnosis is actually a highly focused process of attention. Rather than the normal level of distracted attention that makes up most of our waking state, hypnosis is a process that allows one to narrow that focus entirely toward internal experience. Hypnotherapy, or clinical hypnosis, uses the power of focused attention to modify behavior and attitude, and can help with a wide range of problems. An adjunct to psychotherapy, hypnosis can help obtain specific therapeutic outcomes and can be effectively used to treat:

Anxiety
Fears and phobias
Stress-related illnesses
Pain management

Habit control
Building confidence
Resolving trauma

Hypnosis is especially effective at setting in motion the internal psychological process that leads toward desired change. The process is tailored to the specific needs, desires, and personal goals of each individual.
